Hi there - also 14 days post op and I have only lost 5lbs. I am just trying to remain chill. I was on the pre-op diet for 3 weeks and then an additional 3 days of only liquid (I have a big liver that really needed to get out of the way!) and have been following instructions to a T. I am on pureed foods now and really looking forward to "soft" foods starting Friday. Am doing okay with the semi-solid foods but have to check in with every bite to make sure when I should stop. All in all doing well I think just the weight loss is frustrating but I am just keeping in mind that I signed up for a life long solution and I need to just trust the process. Appointment with my medical team tomorrow so I will also see what they say. Good luck!

Just joined today. I had my surgery 11/18 and was happy to see this thread!

I have had an easy recovery and am following all my instructions. Am trying to not worry about it but I have only lost about 5 pounds since surgery.
