    This has been the hardest thing to do. I have to carry Water with me everywhere so I rmember to drink... I went 3 daywith only having a glaaa of water a day. I actually have to set a timer now.
  2. That is my fav site it worked for me in the beginning I was starving myself. Question what is the routine you do to burn 600 Calories.

  4. Good for you keep up the good work...:confused: My Youngest has had the Flu for the past week and I've only had 30 minutes for 3 days of exercise in :thumbup:... Looking forward to getting to the gym tomorrow am and burning some calories !!
  5. Jeep Gal..your post was interesting how many calories do you take in a day? and how much or what is it that you do for exercise to make you go negative in calories everyday?

You know what maybe the next time we complain about our lack of loss we go to the gym and pick up the dumbell that represents our loss and try hopping on the treadmill with it !! LOL... I know I don't want to get back on the treadmill with 25lbs and try to exercise!!

  9. Sue I hear you .. High protein snacks has been a struggle.. I'm boosting my protein intake this week and I'm going to track my progress and see if it makes a diffrence.:thumbup:

  11. I had a fill two weeks ago and had follow up today I was down 3 lbs but i think it was because last time i went It was that TOM:crying:. I'm trying to stay so motivated with the gym 5-6 days a week but I'm scale obsessed and that 3lbs loss was just not what I was looking for:cryin:. My doctor did say that when I came back in 4 weeks he would be happy with a 4 lb loss!! I was like .. I won't be... what the heck good is working out and execersing if I'm only loosing a pound a week. Then the Calm Heather said hey... 1lbdown is better then 1lb up.:w00t: Thanks for letting me rant.. I have had 2 fills and am content with 4oz of food so I really shouldn't complain. I know others have it worse!!
  12. I love the Non Scale victories.. no passing out when tying sneakers, goingup and down stairs with out needing oxygen...lol.. The clothes thing is great to I have a job wear I have to dress for work and everyone keeps saying your pants are way to baggy buy some new ones!!! I'm like are you Buying? that keeps them quite:thumbup: I refuse to buy anything until spring so I've been raiding my Daughters closet for a few things!!! AWESOME JOB PAT:thumbup:

  15. ust checking in.. having a tough day only did 25 minutes on Treadmill think I'm coming fdown with something. Glad to see everyone doing well. Going to Dr's tomorrow to tak about my fills I've had 2 and I only have a little restriction:crying:
  16. It's great to hear from you.. Yes "Slow and Steady " Does when the race so we are in this Marathon together. Mine averges to 1.9 a week.... Wish it was more but all good things come to those who wait... Right?? lol .. Well Darn it I'm WAITIN !!!. Trying to keep my eye on things and not get bored with food.. Trying to spice things up i went out and bought the Biggest Looser cookbook to try different things. I started being consistant with workouts and I'm really hoping to get up the courage and the stamina to run on the treadmill... still to vain:blushing: don't people laughing. It sucks that you are a plain ride away... Have you read the thread that someone started on " Self Filling"??? Not something I could do !!! I di hear from my dr. that people that have 100 or more to loose can loose it faster and then there are those lovely men who seem to shed it faster then we ladies do.:tt2: :thumbup:Keep your head and keep up the good work....     I think we all struggle... we all want instant results .. we are eating less..so why doesn't it fall off!! I myself have set myself up to fail I look at other peoples tickers and get depressed and get on myself!! What I and so many others have to realize is our bodies are diffrent and we will loose in diffrent stages. My biggest thing that I have to overcome is my sweet treat after I eat. Having trouble getting rid of this craving so instead I've decide that if I have this craving then to have soemthing but make it 1 of somethign not a row of Cookies or nice big slic of cake. So snack packs have been a help and I try to hit the gym everyday and do cardio and weights. I have set one goal outside of weight and it's to try to be on the treadmill 3 days a week till I burn 400 Calories. I'm only half way there and boy does it kick my A$$!!. I think if we set small goals we have many achievments versus one large goal and never achieve it. Good luck everyone we can do this:thumbup:
  21. Did 20 Minutes of weights today arms & Legs 20 minutes on bike Treadmills were booked. My legs feel likelead weights and they are so sore from the day before workout. Think I will just hop on the treadmill tomorrow no weights. When on the treadmill do you do a special incline?? do you keep it flat?? I usually do incline of 12 for 30 Minutes !! Not sure what is best??:biggrin:
  22. Ok Ladies ... count me in..I'm scared to run but I guess we all have to start somewhere and stop being so vain. :thumbup: I have an nice applebottom and I don;t want people to laugh when they see me run !!!:smile:
