About the WLS, i just wanna pass the 1st month and at least try to eat normal food.
Started walking etc which are all fine. But for some reason i feel i am hungry all the time )

I am also in Dubai and will be 2 months posy op.... I used to feel this way also... Thought its something wrong.. But turns out the body takes a while to understand that its a diff routine now with a smaller tummy.

Alhamdulilah this feeling does go away.

Ps. On pureed food i had alot of prawn lentil Soup and blended it... It tasted so good

Hi guys, i exacly a week post op.... Went for my check up and i am sooo excited... Lost 7kgs this week. I am on full liquids and will transition to pureed food next week.... Water has been really hard... But trying my best.
