Hi November sleevers, my date is the 23rd Nov [emoji4]
I don't see the dietician til 30th October so not sure on diet yet, but I'm hoping I can use Herbalife shakes since most other brands give me stomach cramps lol.
Excited to see if I have a surgery date twin
