On my second day of my 2 week liquid diet. I had to go to a dinner in the city and could not cancel. I wanted to be the designated driver so I made sure I didn't have anything to drink and I just ended up eating a sushi roll. I honestly felt like **** because I was still sooooo hungry and all my girls ended up ordering an insane amount of food and Im just sitting there with an empty plate that I devoured in less than 5 min.
After that day I stuck to the diet soooo well because my surgeon literally told me that if he ended up doing the surgery and saw that my liver hasn't shrunk from the liquid diet, that he wouldn't continue.
