  3. thanks for the compliments trina. hope all is good with ya.

  4. thanks. only horror story i got man was wearin those size 44" shorts. the surgery has been a breeze for me. i followed the docs directions, and have had few problems. mainly just learnin how much to chew my food, and when i get in a hurry and dont chew well the band lets me know. i can eat anything i did before, but now i just choose not to. so far im very pleased with the route that i went. it absolutely changed my look on bein healthy. good luck with ur decision, its a huge step. but if u make the best of it, its well worth it.

  5. thanks, i eat alot of seafood, packs of tuna, salads with vinagerette dressings, ground turkey. i stay away from red meats. when i snack i snack on kashi products. i drink only water, milk, and sometimes sunny d. i replaced bread with kashi whole grain crackers. ive been tryin to eat pretty strict, and now i enjoy it. as far as exercise, started out just walkin the dogs every evening, then i bought a heavy bag, and a all in one gym from a garage sale, and startin sweatin. holla at me if i can answer any more questions.

  6. sorry for the late response, but thanks for the comment the other day. and good luck with ur surgery, ull do well.

  11. thanks for the comment. haha, i wish i could blame it on gender, that would have made it alot easier. but i changed alot of things too, biggest thing was that if i ate it before, i dont eat it now. thanks again and ur doin well i saw too, 44 lbs good job, keep it up.

  12. thanks for the comments, good luck.

  13. thanks sweet, it wasnt that easy at first, but now its a breeze. I try to exercise regular, and i like to take our dogs for a walk every evening. ive even recently startin joggin in the early mornin. as far as eatin goes, ive decided i wont eat it unless it flies or swims, or grows in the ground. i eat tons of salads (no ranch, i like Kraft's caeser vinaigrette with parmesan). replace ground beef with ground turkey, things like that. i found all kinds of healthy recipes online too that the whole fam could eat. hope i could help. ull do great, and thanks again for the comments.

  14. yeah the koi fish has a couple of meanings (goin thru adversity and overcomin, and also means kinda swimmin ur own path bein a non-conformer). thats why i got that one anyway. ur tattoo tho, find a GOOD tattoo artist and let them look at it and get creative.

  15. thank you. first i followed my docs directions, then i ate really healthy. salads with chicken, or shrimp, or sprinkle some tuna (healthy but tasty dressing, nothing creamy). i've stayed away from red meats completely, and breads. i eat lots of kashi products. workouts...i hung a heavy bag, got a all in one gym(garage sale), and a jump rope. i usually work out 4-5 a week, 45-60 mins. and me and my girl walk the dogs EVERDAY. thanks for the message, im sure ull have the same success.

  16. its a koi fish with coral on the bottom and soon to be blue waves on top.
