  1. Freaking out here. I had surgery 3/3 I went from 268 to 215.8. I’ve been at 215.8 for almost three weeks now. I only eat healthy and I walk everyday( I have not been cleared to do anything else yet). I’m getting frustrated because the scale won’t move. It would be nice to see wonderland.

I had surgery on 3/2. I have went from 308 to 255. I have been on a 3 week stall. I even went and saw the nutritionist just to make sure I am on track. "Just be patient" they say.

  2. I had my surgery back in August of last year. While it’s been a challenge, I’ve seen great results. However over the past few months I have seen some significant Hair loss. I don’t have any bald spots, but there is a noticeable thinning out. I’m taking my daily Vitamins I am not sure what to do, if anything. Any advice?

I had surgery in March and I have lost a lot of hair, I just hope it comes back before I am bald.

  3. So I was sleeved 5/18/2020 and I have lost about 100lbs. I was at 180 in November and then Jan 160 and now 150.. so weight loss obviously slowed down lately. However about 5 months out I noticed my periods were 30 days apart and then 28 as of March last month was 27 and now I am at 21 days between. Should I be concerned? Is this related to my weight loss? Has anyone else gone through this?

I am 3 months post Bypass. My periods are all out of whack [emoji854]

  4. I don’t know if it is just the Vitamin I take or what, and I had Vitamin intolerance BEFORE my sleeve, but I am literally having to MAKE myself take these. I TAKE THE Bariatric Advantage soft chews. They taste fine, but damn! Do you guys have any advice? I have actually skipped a few days of Vitamins because I would like to NOT feel sick!

thanks for any suggestions. Again, I do eat first.

I was the same way, I take my Calcium chew of a morning and my other ones that make me sick at night right before bed.

  5. Happy mothers day to all. I am 4 days out and have started my supplements. I noticed the Calcium Vitamin are huge and they hurt my pouch this morning. What is the best way to take Calcium. Looking for brands and form they come in. MANY THANKS .

I was told not to worry about Vitamins for a few days. I think I started mine after 10 days.

  6. I had surgery March 2. My menstrual cycles got out of whack and I went from missing my period to a heavy really long cycle during a two week stall. I've had a few stalls, but currently down from 308 to 260 today (48). The NP in the doctor's office said for me to lose between 12 and 25 more pounds between April and middle of July. I'm currently down 8 of that. It is slow. I lose weight then stall, while I am stalled I lose inches, and then back to weight loss. It is slowly coming off.

  7. Hi there, I'm on my three week pre op diet right now, about a week into it and the headaches are constant. Its not overly painful , they just never let me forget that they're there.
Any tips on how to deal with this? Tylenol is not helping the situation whatsoever.
Really can't wait for these next few weeks to be behind me

I am having headaches too, but from no caffeine. I should have been better prepared.

  8. I am 10 weeks post op and would appreciate any advice. My Protein goal from dietitian is 70gram per day (she calculates based on goal weight of 70kg) I use Protein Powder in my coffee which provides 15 grams of Protein. No problem drinking 2 or 3 cups over the course of the day. However I know I am not eating healthy. I am finding it very difficult to get my protein from actual foods as the quantity I can eat is small. Can you please share how you reach your protein goal.

What is the best tasteless protein powder for mixing with coffee, power aid? I start pre op diet in a couple of days.
