2 months post revision, and I've lost twice what I lost with the band I love my RNY!

revised 1-11-11

I am now a revision to an rny from the lapband. I've already lost more than I ever did in the two years 3 months and 24 days with my lapband. Never found that illusive green zone. Never found that restriction, without it slipping. So I'm glad to have it gone. Only here to let my fellow September samurai know how I'm doing.

I am no longer a lapbanded person... I now have an roux en y. I love it! I've already lost more than I did in two years with my band.

I love the bassett team. I just had a revision from my lapband to an rny. It's been a long struggle for me. The band was just not the right tool. Dr heneghan did both of my surgeries.

Yes medicare covers revision, but you must have a bmi over 35 with one co-morbidity, or over 40.

I'm kindda stuck, although I just had a adjustment that may just work out. I also have found a sport I'm enjoying... riding bike. So my son's and I have been busy riding bikes

This is definitely hard work. Wish it was as easy as gaining was.
