Another question for everyone, Has anyone noticed after you eat. Do you ever have the feeling of your food stuck in your chest or do you ever feel like you need to bring it back up??? Any suggestions on what to do???

Hello I am doing great also. But i have noticed a stall on my scale, but I'm losing inches. Anyone else experience this?

If this helps my doctor recommended smooth move tea. Use at bedtime. And stool softner pill for constipation. Hope you feel better soon
