Ohhh - I am sorry for you Northwest Nance but appreciate your honesty- I hope it starts going better for you since you HAVE already paid - I am trying to decide. I need to lose about 50-60 pounds.

I agree with all that you say - just don't know if I can DO it. I am usually very disciplined for a while and then start slipping....thnaks for your response.

Thanks everyone for your replies - haven't quite gotten the hang of this forum yet - will have to parctice a bit to know how to navigate. I will check out those you mentioned - just concerned about going back to Dallas for fills since I live in Arlington but it might be worth the savings:thumbup:

Thanks - I will look at his site. I have gone to free seminar in Arlington but am waffling about the surgery and the cost since I am afraid I may not lose weight since I am not confident I can adhere to all the eating guidelines _ I go back and forth probably like we all do.
