I’ve always been someone who waited to eat Breakfast for 1-2 hours after waking, but I can’t do that now or I feel pretty ravenous. It's funny you would mention that suggestion. I tried that today and it seems to have helped a bit. I started with the Protein Shake and then went to Water, rather than the other way around. Thanks for the tip!!
