I really suck right now. I am my own worst enemy. I have those two little guys sitting on my shoulder telling me yes and are you crazy? The little guy saying yes you can eat everything is winning. but right after that the other guy lays a gulit trip on me. After that I promise not to listen to the bad guy. That lasts for a couple of days. I go to WLC on the 24th. I need some help with eating a good and protein heavy breakfast. But most of all I need to not have lunch meat or anything like that around because I practically live in the fridge until it's gone. So hope life is better for you. Let me know how you do at the office visit.

My Second post-op is jan 30. Since going back to work I have not gotten into a eating routine yet. I am still having a problem with not slowing down my eating. I will eat to fast and everything will stop and wait at the band. I have not thrown up yet, but I am coming close.

That's ok, I forget to check my page also. Dr. Currie did my surgery. I go back Jan. 30 for my first fill. Going home to Ohio 12-24 to surprise my mom. She thinks that i will nort be coming home for xmas. Hope your holiday goes well. kevin

yes thank you for replying to my thread. I was banded at the weight loss clinic. Is that were you went? Saw doc today, have lost 16# since last visit to office. Go back in 6 weeks for first fill. Hoping to be at 250 when I see him. How are you doing witth your band? let's keep in touch

Had surgery on 12-8-08. I am know on a full liquid diet for 4 more days and the i get to go to soft food for 2 weeks.
