Hello, I was just wonder who did your surgery. I banded by Dr. Patterson at Legacy in Portland on August 18th. I couldn't stand the protein shakes after I got banded but found muscle milk protein powder. I got the chocolate mix it with 10oz of Low fat milk and 2tbs of peanut butter and it taste really good and gives me about 50 grams of protein for 1 shake. I get to move to mushy this weekend looking so forward to that. I did cheat here and there on my diet mostly haveing a french fry or two put just a couple times. Hope the protein receipt helps.
