    thanks. hi. yes i have. lost 30lbs thus far. in a bit of a struggle right now..scale hasnt moved in a few months. but i guess i gotta look at the positive..i havent gained ANYTHING back. but yea had the surgery..and getting a fill on friday to get the scale moving again. =] sorry took me so long to respond..havent been on in awhile. have u had the surgery yet??
