Good Afternoon Guys I’m 4 days postoperative and I feel completely normal. Things seems to be going well. I am doing my walking a couple of times daily. My family has been very supportive just one thing I feel Hungary all the time. I am unsure why but the Protein Shakes are not getting it I need a different taste. I am still doing all liquids so can anyone give me some liquids suggestions? I have 10 more days of all liquids

Hi everyone I just had surgery yesterday. I was a little tired, sore, and full of gas. Today I am feeling better and up walking around. I feel so much better today but still not able to keep down a lot so I’m eating a lot of popsicles. Can anyone tell me you start to feel completely normal?

Gm Guys today is my big day! I’m heading to the surgery center please pray for me!

Ok Guys tomorrow is my big day and I’m so nervous. I am having the Gastric Sleeve with Dr. Wright. Anyone have any suggestions for me to calm my nerves?

Today I chose lunch as my meal bc my fiancé wanted to go out for lunch. We went to Red Lobster. I had 2 shrimp skewers and some broccoli with Water. He sat there and ate the garlic butter bread right in front of me. My food was so bland but that was the only thing that I found on the menu that I liked and could actually eat. All he did was talk about how great his food was. My meal was $20 and had absolutely not flavor at all I’d been better off eating a salad at home. Sorry just venting since I literally only have 2 more actual meals before I transition to all liquid. I was so disappointed!!

Thanks for that I’m doing 1 meal and 2 Protein Shakes daily and I swear I wanted to cry today. Monday I start my liquid diet and my surgery is Thursday. This is so much harder than I thought.

I am having my surgery next Thursday June 11th
