    Sleeved 12/3/19 as of today I’m 33.2lbs down and went down 2 pant sizes and I will meet my doctors weight goal for March 3 in 5.8 more pounds to lose. Best decision I have ever made!!!

    So far lost 32lbs. I’m doing fantastic and only issues is drinking 64oz of water a day...only can drink 22oz so far. No issues with food but I don’t eat bread, rice, pasta and eat a low sugar and do no caffeine

    I told everyone...I didn’t care what they thought. Most of everyone of my friends, family, and coworkers think I look fantastic. It’s a personal choice

    Miralax, but also stated eating plant based food that help big time. still can only drink 22oz of water a day, and only 1 time did I drink 32oz in one day.
