The secret is to food journal. When they tell you that you don't have to diet, it's a lie.

I can't say for sure but I know for me I have to diet and food journal. The band has just made it easier. If I didn't diet and food journal, I would hardly be loosing.

I had my band done by Dr. Heydari who's office is in Crystal Lake, IL. and it was done at the Woodstock Hospital in Woodstock, IL. Thats very close to your area. I hope this helps!

I to was banded by Dr. Heydari on 7/15/08. Can you say if you were happy with the experience as him as your surgeon (and his program) over all?
