I am also not meeting my fluid goal. I say I’m around 40-50. I try to get in 64. But I just feel bloated and too full all day with food and water and blahh. I just need some time my stomach is empty. So I will eat right before I drink. Then I’ll wait til I feel less full and drink some more. But while I am working or out and about. I only bring with me my 20oz ice water. I can do pretty big gulps now. And that is so refreshing!!! I miss chugging water also. But my gulps r pretty awesome now lol I enjoy them. And after I drink water I feel full. I have never felt full off water lol I love it.

I would use the female surgery. Then no one asks further questions and if they do u can say u don’t want to talk about ur kitty. It’s a private and sensitive issue.

We make goat curry all the time. It’s so Tasty! I havent had it since surgery though. But it’s a dark meat and I’m sure it will sit pretty good if it’s cooked correctly and is tender.

I feel really tired after I lift weights with the hubby. We lift free weights. I feel exhausted. And I do not feel as strong as I did before surgery. My energy is lacking. I did see the doc yesterday to get a rx for B12 thinking my over the counter is not enough. She made the rx I sent into pharmacy insurance denied to pay for it saying it’s not medically necessary. And it’s $700 without insurance. So I have to get a prior authorization from the doc. Ugh what a mess! But yea working out I am wondering if I don’t have enough calories in. I am only getting in 400 calories a day on average.

Taj found the answer to stalls. It’s with the moving average under the log book. Is where it helps with stalls. This app is really cool and there a a couple cool weight prediction methods in here.

I downloaded this app and plugged all my numbers in I also got the premium just to check it out. Seems awesome. I screen shot the predictions and want to see if they r right :) this is a cool tool! Did u say it tells u about stalls etc? Can u explain where to find that part! I may weigh in every day for a bit to get some numbers in cause it says it works best with as many weigh in as u can do. I plugged in all my previous weigh ins but it isn’t many.

Wow that is great! Looks like you are moving along perfectly. I had surgery Jan 14 starting BMI of 42. I have lost 34lbs. Haven’t weighed this week yet. But I am now averaging about 5-7lbs a week loss. After my stall week. Bad breath I have heard can come from several different things. I don’t experience it. But I brush my teeth 3 times a day. And I use a couple different mouth care routines the water pik and a couple different mouth washes. One that adds moisture to your mouth. I herd dry mouth is also a problem so picked up the biotene mouthwash along with my listerine . I am kind of(a lot) OCD about my teeth lol 😆 Sounds like ur doing great with protein. I dot. Use any shakes or bars I get all my protein from animal or plant based foods. Mainly tilapia chicken beans cheese etc California is a cute place. Not really my cup of tea. I live in Colorado so I like the Florida Mexico beaches. And I like the east coast for shopping traveling etc. but there are many a things to do in Cali!!! They have some good beaches also! And ur close to Mexico! So visit there if u can it is breathtakingly beautiful!!

That’s how I feel. I can’t eat large amounts at all I can get in 1oz comfortably. I am trying to go for 1.5. I weigh everything out. But it’s so uncomfortable. And I can not have sugar. Funny story my friend and I where out all day shopping thrift store shopping we love to go exploring lol and she got a Starbucks coffee a frap. I took a. Couple drinks just because. And well well well guess who was in the ARC thrift store bathroom blowing it up! It gave me diarrhea so bad! My friend was laughing her ass off!! I was miserable. It was coming out of both ends. I felt like total shit! I literally left my car there and she drove me home. We got stuck in traffic I was opening the door on the interstate and throwing up. It was so bad!! So I will defiantly be careful next time I eat ANY type of sugar!!
