I honestly dont remember much about my surgery time.. I remember firing a nurse 3 times...and I remember getting up and walking around an aquarium the next day..

hey, your doing great! We got banded around the same time, and were about the same weight. I was just wondering are you at your best restriction, I havent found that yet.. Also how much do you normally eat? Do you exercise?

you'll get there. I exercise a lot, i think thats what really helps. How strict are you with your band?

the lapband seriously has changed my life.. i started at 303 pounds..and i just couldnt help eating a ton.. I seriously felt like i was going to die. Its hard to get use to eating smaller, and chewing more.. Ive had a couple puking incidents, but everything is well worth it and you learn..But the band doesnt solve everything.. i still snack sometimes..and i go to the gym 3+ days a week. u can ask me whatever u want

Hi,
I was wondering when you were banded, and what you are doing to lose weight so fast. I was banded by Dr. Kirshenbaum on 6/3 and I am down 27 pounds total but only like 14 since surgery. Thanks
