im sorry hun, my preop diet was no carb no sugar, which i techincally think it was low, but if i would have told myself that it would have been bad cause i would have considered everything to be low.. i mostly just ate a bunch of chicken and cheese.. whatever the doctor has down i would do it though you want your liver to be nice and skinny and sexy lol..

yeah, you can ask me anything.. to be honest though i am allergic to pain meds and a lot of the anethetics so i dont remember much, i would ask janesays because she isnt that far out from surgery and she remember better than me! shes super nice too.. but if you have any questions just ask!

Absolutely no cheating and if it's not on this list you can't have it for 10 days.
I don't do any protein supplements if I have gotten in at least 60grams of protein during the day.

yeah, I wasn't planning on jumping on him right away..hahha. we are going to his work xmas party.. im super nervous, because we were on eachother's messanger list and we've crossed paths before..but i dont think we've ever actually met.. im super nervous!!
