  4. im sorry hun, my preop diet was no carb no sugar, which i techincally think it was low, but if i would have told myself that it would have been bad cause i would have considered everything to be low.. i mostly just ate a bunch of chicken and cheese.. whatever the doctor has down i would do it though you want your liver to be nice and skinny and sexy lol..

  6. yeah, you can ask me anything.. to be honest though i am allergic to pain meds and a lot of the anethetics so i dont remember much, i would ask janesays because she isnt that far out from surgery and she remember better than me! shes super nice too.. but if you have any questions just ask!

    * sugar-free popsicles (avoid juice popsicles),

    * tea or coffee,

    * sugar-free sodas,

    * sugar-free Jello,

    * broths & bouillons,

    * Crystal Lite drinks.

    Absolutely no cheating and if it's not on this list you can't have it for 10 days.

    I don't do any protein supplements if I have gotten in at least 60grams of protein during the day.

  11. #4 You may consume up to 3 oz. of the following high-protein foods,

    5 times a day:

    * beef,

    * pork,

    * chicken,

    * turkey,

    * lamb,

    * fish,

    * eggs,

    * low-fat cheese,

    * cottage cheese,

    * plain yogurt (or artificially sweetened),

    * peanut butter,

    * beans/legumes.

  12. #1 Do for 10 days to break plateau

    #2 Drink 2 quarts of water a day

    #3 You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamin

    & mineral supplements each day.
