    Daily Menus for Maintenance

Tuesday jan 7, 29 months PO sleeve ‐----------------------------------------------------------------- Today was just not my day started out as a fast. Felt great throughout the fast no cravings I ate the following after 18 hour fast 6:00- coffee with milk 6:30 blended zucchini soup 7:00- keto cookie 8:00- 2 oz salmon 8:30- protien bar and soup broth Here's where it all went wrong TMI ALERT: I started feeling sick and projectile vomited for 10 min straight. I briefly felt better, than started getting terrible cramps which led to a massive bathroom explosion [emoji90] !!! Not sure what caused this as I am thankfully feeling loads better now. Was it the fasting? Or something I ate? I doubt it's a bug since i feel better so fast. I'm now scared to try another fast. Anyways this is my totals though I probably had less from all the vomiting -------------------------------------------------------------------- Totals- 731 cals / 46g protien / 36g net carbs / 40g fat Sent from my SM-G950U1 using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. In the process of trying IF so last time I ate was about midnight last night. I had a coffee with 1.5 oz milk (28cals) 5:45 am (6 hours into fast). NOBODY WANTS TO KNOW ME IF I DONT HAVE MY COFFEE LOL. I had nothing else until now 6:00 PM. I had a coffee with milk so basically 18 hour fast. Thankfully I survived and feel fine. I still have to see how the rest of the day goes... so I have some questions #1 is it ok that I had my 1.5 oz milk? #2 what's the best way to break a fast (which foods do you eat? Do you eat a lot right away...) #3 how often do I need to do this for it to be effective? Is once a week good enough? Sent from my SM-G950U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

    My new way of living

WEEKLY UPDATE I did ok this week. As far as the scale goes I did lose 1 lb at the very beginning of the week. Being that I'm about to start my period, I'm hoping that I actually lost more ( I typically gain 2 lbs right before that goes down within a couple of days)I mostly stuck to my calorie and macros goals. Some days were higher than I wanted. But i did learn some things #1 meal prep is very important, I found myself constantly grabbing something to eat until I would have time to prepare a proper meal #2 sleep is very important. I've always struggled with sleep issues. I go into bed late and than still suffer from insomnia and I wake up in middle of the night. I only averaged 4.5 hours a night! #3 motivation motivation motivation!!! The days I felt motivated through exercise or scrolling through BP it was easier to stay focused and eat right. Stats: 29 months PO/ 5'2" / CW 175.4 Goals for this week #1 Somehow get more sleep #2 stay under 1200 cals #3 meal prep and plan #4 make it to the gym more #5 stay motivated and keep going!!! Sent from my SM-G950U1 using BariatricPal mobile app Edit- I forgot to mention my fluid intake wasn't that great either which could be contributing to my hunger/ snacking problem Goal #6 get in 64 oz of water

    Meal prep

Any experienced meal preppers out there? I'm struggling with preparing meals. I very picky and like my food freshly made(seriously if the milk was out on the counter more than a hour, or the bag of something wasn't opened that day... its terrible). But what often happens is I get busy and since I don't have time to cook I'll snack throughout the day and than cook my dinner late at night by than I'm tight on my calorie budget. Also it's not the greatest idea to eat so late at night.... so any tips or ideas for me? When do you meal prep? How long does the food stay fresh... Thanks in advance Sent from my SM-G950U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Meal prep

Thanks for advice. The only day I have time to meal prep is sunday. So if I make salmon or beef how long will it stay in fridge? Can I eat on Thursday? I know most of my "food not being fresh" is a mental thing and I'm working on it. Sent from my SM-G950U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Issues still...

What did the dr say? At this point out you shouldn't have such a hard time keeping things down. Unless you are taking too much at a time Sent from my SM-G950U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

    February 2019 weight loss buds

Yup when I get a cold I tend to get very hungry. I think it's a combination of 2 things #1 when your congested you don't taste the food as much so your brain doesn't realize how much you eat #2 whenever I'm tired or don't sleep well my body needs energy so sometimes i feel like I should eat something for energy Sent from my SM-G950U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

Wednesday Jan 2 28 months PO / 5'2" / last weight 175 -------------------------------------------------------------------- I didn't go on the scale past 3 days because I typically gain 2-3 lbs before my period, which is due in 3 days. It goes down after a few days. I decided I rather not see it. I haven't been sleeping well this week and I didn't meal prep well, which led to me snacking and eating higher cals.... --------------------------------------------------------------------- 845- coffee with milk 1230- protien bar / raw veggies 200- coffee with milk 500- lavish roll with mozzarella cheese 600- bean veggie protien chips 730- oatmeal egg greek yogurt pancake 1000- quinoa with spinach 1145 bean veggie protien chips --------------------------------------------------------------------- Totals: 1327 cals / 74g protien / 117g net carbs / 50g fat Sent from my SM-G950U1 using BariatricPal mobile app
