    My new way of living

    Came home today after long day of work, hungry and tired. Right there in front of my eyes were fried falafel balls. I ate 4 . I feel bad for doing so. On top of that I had some dumping about an hour later. Hopefully a run on the treadmill will make me feel better. One of these days I gotta figure out which foods I can grab and be guilt free afterwards. You live and you learn!!! I will be attempting fast #2 tomorrow. Lots of luck needed.     Sunday jan 13 --------------------------------------------------------------------- The day went amazing I got an awesome workout in the morning ( which my workmate doesn't stop hearing about cuz every time I stand up/sit down i make some interesting noise from muscle pain ) i ended up snacking quite a bit at night as i was up with my poor little sis who was burning up.     WEEKLY UPDATE another rough week, but I made it!!! Pretty proud of myself for not giving up despite stress and sickness. I stayed under 1200 cal 5/7 days of the week and made it to the gym 3 times!!! I was hoping to see better results on the scale, but I WONT GIVE UP. I will try harder this week.
