Hey hun! I was the same, i was hungry by day 5/6 and started ALL of my stages early....even when i was on mushies, i was eating "proper" food, just made sure i chewed it well and it was fine. lol It really made me appreciate food! lol lol

Im doing well hun...have been a lil annoyed the past two weeks because ive stayed the same and havent lost anything, but im still hapy because i didnt put on. I have booked my first fill for 2/3 weeks time. Would be good to feel some kinda restriction xx

Thanks for checking out my vids hun. I have also thought about the skin issue and to combat it i have been incorporating weights into my exercise routine, this will help build my muscle to bulk my arms out a bit and firm them up. My sister has lost 70 lbs and didnt have excess skin. and she looks great. Im not expecting not to have any excess skin at all...but im gonna try and do my best to do what i can to help it.

Hey hun!! Im doing really well thanks, work had been keeping me busy busy. I didnt lose any weight this week, but i think thats to do with me drinking to much liquid calories last week. as i couldnt eat (still on thick liquids back then). But im on mushies now and loving the taste of food again lol lol

You are right about the job being stressfull.....and your are so RIGHT in saying that you need to make sure that you look after urself...because ur employer aint gonna care. When you go...they will find another person to replace you just like that. Thats a true point that you make....i have seen alot of people put on weight...and the thing is its a slow gradual process...one min there size 10 the next they have shot up to a size 16.

You so sweet hun, thats very kind of you...but im sure you will be regretting it when im sending you an essay of a msg lol lol haha! Im just messing

Hey! Im really pleased with the loss so far...i have a way to go, but im actually on the journey and thats what counts. I really do feel like i have been given a new lease on life...im actually in control on my weight (with a lil help of course lol). Yes im in the field of social work...i have another 7 months till im qualified (as a social worker) and cant wait. But ive worked in the health and social care field for a few yrs now. I started off as an emergency response officer for the elderly then i moved onto working with adults with mental health needs/issues..i really love the job. I also work with adults who have dual diagnosis...so that could also mean with substance misuse or alcohol issues as well has there mental health needs. Although its very rewarding, i know what you mean about getting burntout! Its very demanding!

and lets just say its not teh kinda job you could stay in for 20yrs other wise you will be teh one who will end up with a mental health issue lol lol

I know you have been busy with the kids starting back at school, dont worry about not getting back straight away Im doing well thanks hun, im 12 days post op now and doing great, went back to work on day 7! Im eager to start some excercise but need to wait untill week 4 to really get stuck in! Im down 16lbs since pre op and post op so im really pleased!!! Hope you have been well...xxxxx
