Just got my gastric sleeve on November 25 ,2019 I’m feeling really lonely I even regret this I can’t seem to drink enough Water or Protein just really depressed.

Just got my gastric sleeve on11/25 I am overwhelmed I feel lonely I am regretting this surgery I just hope I feel better this whole liquid diet is literally draining me the Protein seems to go down easier then the Water
