Hi. I am prepping for the sleeve surgery in March. I have chronic back pain and both knees need replacing. I have trouble getting on the floor due to these issues. Plus I can’t put pressure on my knees. Do you guys have any suggestions for strength exercises I can do? I really appreciate any help.

I have to say I love seeing this topic. I was literally reading about Non-Scale Victories as part of me preparing for the Gastric Sleeve Surgery. Thank you for posting.

While yes I want to look better, I have enough health issues that I need to have this surgery. My primary doctor asked me to take a leap of faith. He has been recommending this surgery for a couple years. It took me this long to realize I need to do it.
