Hey Boo ! you looking good!! niceeee…..aaawww that is so nice of you to say ..ok I forgive you for spending the weekend with @JAKE H and tricking him to come to your house......the best advice I can give is stay on this forum as much as you can I was on here 8 hours a day (easy at desk nobody over my shoulder job) for three months before my surgery therefore my head was in the game and I understood all the changes I had to be prepared for . I was such a expert on any question you could ask about this surgery and what follows just be a sponge and soak up as much information as you can. and start eating now the way you will have to for life... this is a very exciting time for you and congratulations on making this decision to forever change your life...…….I gotta where NOLA is first ...lol
