1. Ok, so about 15-20 lbs ago, my mon pubis stuck out like how mousecat88 described above...when I wore fitted pants or dresses, it looked like I was packing something down there. Especially from the side view.
Now, however its alot less "sticky-outy", to the point that it doesn't even bug me anymore (my butt is a different story altogether, though).
But yeah, if you don't have any more weight to lose, most likely the only way to address is it with a Tummy Tuck and possible Lipo on the mons pubis area....

Mine doesn't stick out at all, I am below my weight loss goal leaving me with a sort of "dust flap." I am eligible for the skin surgery however last year I was diagnosed with reproductive cancer and opted out of skin surgery at the time because I was more up to fight for a hysterectomy instead. I am nearly a month post op from my hysterectomy now and with the tumors gone I can now see my own thunder from under and it's not a pleasant site however I am grateful to be alive. About two weeks ago I ended hemorrhaging which almost ended my life in almost 15 minutes flat which leads me to this realization: I have nearly bled to death while recovering from my last 3 operations. So I guess you could say I am extremely paranoid to have the skin done.
Oh well, I either learn to live with it or chop it off :)

2. Well, you already said you're having skin surgery so .... hopefully that will provide the confidence boost. The main reason I am having a Tummy Tuck is because of the FUPA (fatty upper pubic area). I hate it. You can see it bulge in my pants like I have dude parts. lol. Yeah, the tummy needs work, too, but I can mostly hide that except for the FUPA. I am excited to have that chop-chopped. You are not alone.

I'm not particularly confident over the whole skin removal surgery because I feel it's medically unecessary for me, however I could just be too nervous to have another surgery being I have nearly bled out during the last few I have had this year.
Thanks for your input

3. CAUTION, I AM A VERY RAW UNFILTERED WOMAN, I APOLOGISE IF I OFFEND.

First off I would like to introduce myself,

My name is Sami, I am a 30 year old happily married wife and mother if 6 kids with a grandbaby on the way. (Yes you read that that right, I am a 30 year old grandmother). Just to answer the question that lingers in most peoples heads when they first meet me I will just say this, we are a blended family, I'm 30 years old, my husband is 39, his kids+my kids=OUR KIDS [emoji3].

I had gastric bypass February 5th, 2017.

I am 4ft11 in, my starting weight was 330lbs in 2015, my pre-op weight was 231lbs my current weight is about 120lbs depending in what doctor you talk to LOL!!!

I just wanted to know though, AM I THE ONLY GAL EXTREMELY UPSET OVER THE SAGGING PUBIS SKIN! MY MUFF TOP TO IS NOW A MUFF FLAP AND I HATE IT!!! I NEVER EVEN DAWNED ON ME HOW MUCH WEIGHT I HAD DOWN THERE!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL FRICK!!!

Sorry ladies but this is something I never hear anyone talk about but I'm convinced I am not the only one who thought it.

Please, any tips besides skin surgery or learning to love myself because I am already doing both of those things.
