HI EVERYONE!! I got my surgery june 4th and things are getting better everyday. I started off feeling crappy :thumbdown:but now i have lost 45 lbs even though i think i gained some cause they started me back on foods. Going from all liquids for 2 months to having to eat 3 small meals with protein shakes between each meal. i havnt had a fill and hope i will start dropping the weight again. If anyone has any tips or just kind words that will help me out haha just let me know.
