Anyone else extremely tired lately? I'm coming up on 6 weeks out and the last few days I'm exhausted. I'm taking Iron and getting plenty of sleep, Water and Protein so I dunno.

I would just worry about you. Did he obsess over you're unhealthy eating pre-surgery? As with any addiction, one does something about it when one wants to 🤷

Obvious typo is obvious typo. I get you! It's frustrating. I'm 2 weeks out tomorrow and have only lost 10 lbs. I know that's 10 lbs lost and all but I started at a high weight (295) so I was definitely thinking it'd be more the first 2 weeks. I am following the program exactly to the T and walking 1.5-2 miles a day. It's frustrating but how can we not lose weight at this amount of calories? It's bound to happen.. but I get you.

So I finally went thanks to the Milk of magnesia but it was BRIGHT yellow diarrhea. Anyone else have this? I hope it's normal 😳

Alright the pain in my tummy is getting real and I'm pretty sure it's just Constipation. I'm coming up on a week of no [emoji90]
How much MOM do I take?? We have smaller tummies so do I take less than the 30mL

I'm no help but this post makes me feel better. I'm in the same exact boat. My right side hurts so bad through to my back. I think the gas is out but I haven't pooped since before surgery. I'm swollen and grumpy lol.
