Had vsg in July 2019 ,but now I'm stuck at 217 from 298 in this normal? and now I'm all ways hungry?ask my doctor and all the say is everyone is different. I completely under stand that ,but I'm I doing somethings wronge.just wonder if anyone experiencing this as well .thanks in advance for your help

How active are you in regards to walking or exercise?

It hard to walk I have a bone on bone knees.i think swimming would be good for me.

You can also swing by a local pharmacy and check you blood pressure.

It's both legs right? If it is one leg only then you would have a concern re a blood clot. If it is both legs I would call the MD re that symptom and the lab results. Look at you diet and see if you are eating a lot of high sodium lunch meats and if you are getting enough fluids.

high liver enzymes are pretty common - rapid weight loss is really hard on livers. Mine stabilized eventually - maybe at 18 or so months out.

Hello, Happy 4th. Wanna to know if anyone else is allergic to Protein Drink, sugar free foods and drink if so what did you use instead.my vsg surgery is in 5 days and now freaking out as to what to use.

Thank you all very much ,I was drinking premium Protein from sam's club .then I realized I was getting the same reaction from the sugar free Jello and puddings .I picked up a protein during with no artificial sweeteners and it's working for me .but I dont know the guidelines for post- op foods without artificial sweeteners. I just waiting on my dietitian and my doctor.
