My fave is raspberry from the special 'red' box! We should trade. LolHarris Teeter has a special 'red' SF popsicle...raspberry - strawberry - cherry. Love love love. I'm not three months out but cherry is my fave.

I too live in Parkland near PLU.
When I met with Dr. Anwar before surgery, he mentioned that since I sit behind a desk that I could return to work when I am ready as long as I am up every couple of hours and no heavy lifting. I am bored, so I am considering on going back on Wednesday -Fridays for half days and back full time on July 1st. My first follow-up is July 5th. I haven't had pain meds in 3 days and up to over 80 ounces of fluids over the last few days. Today was the first day that Dr. Anwar said I could start Protein Shakes and at 50 ounces already today. I was surprised at how full I got on half a shake.
I would like to meet up with anyone at a coffee shop. I work M-F, but could meet up after or on the weekends. I do attend the Franciscan support group on the 3rd Mondays at St. Clare in Lakewood.

I had VSG on Jun 19th and like you I have not had very much discomfort other than sleeping on my back. I am a side sleeper so sleeping on my back has been different. I felt like I was hungry as well. I was averaging over 80 ounces of fluids every day because I wasn't allowed anything else. Today (Day 5), my doctor said that I could start Protein Shakes. That has helped me a lot with the hunger. I couldn't even finish an 11 ounce Premier shake. I had 1/2 for Breakfast and the other half for my "mid morning" snack, but have only had 48 ounces by 3 pm.
Good luck to you.

I celebrated the same victory this week and I was dancing so I understand. It's the small goals that I will be celebrating. Congrats!
