Yup, that's usually my experience too![emoji6]Sometimes I get the hiccups, yes. Most often, if I get a pressure in my chest, that's my ultimate warning sign to stop! I must admit, the latter happens if I'm not paying attention and eat too fast >_>
I'm less than a month out, so I'm still learning these new cues[emoji6]

Thank you. A brief look at it's website indicates a focus on caloric information. Do you know if carbohydrates are ALSO a part of their data banks and calculations? I'd love any user experience info you'd be willing to share. Thanks again[emoji873]CRON-O-Meter is a very good one. Available both as app and on the web.

Does anyone know of an app that tracks TRUE nutritional numbers? I've been using Baritastic app to track my macros (protein, carbs, sugar, Fiber, etc.). But I find it rarely deducts the correct amount of fiber so the "net carb" count is far too high. And it's difficult for me to track whole foods and items made with multiple ingredients, thus no bar code
Suggestions?

Hi all! New to this group...a little less than 2 years post-sleeve. I chose NOT to tell my closest friends and family. My husband, and VERY few friends know. For many of the above reasons. My personal policy has become this: I don't "volunteer" the information. IF I'm directly asked, I'll usually answer honestly. My experience is that most people don't know or even care to know about surgical treatment. Those who ask usually either have looked into it for themselves or know someone who has. And yes, I could be a support and/or resource for them. But it really isn't most people's business, and they don't need to know! So I keep it to myself, and seek support HERE and places like this
