I wouldn’t go by this at all. I’ve lost WAYYY more than 25-35 in 3 months.

I’m losing weight at the moment. I had my gastric sleeve 2/28/19. I’ve lost 81 pounds from then to 6/7/19. I don’t tell a lot of people. I only tell a certain few.

I had my surgery February 28th. I had a gastric sleeve!

I had mine 2/28/19, was 225.
I got weighed on June 7th at my B12 shot appointment & was at 144. 81 pounds down!
