I had my surgery on June 2015, I was 420 pounds and I have dropped to 265 pounds, and in the past few months since november I've been strugling with my weight I've been gaining weight, this Monday I weight my self at 309 and I felt scared, I don't want to go back, I was reading and I came across this pouch reset info, I started Thursday today I weight my self 303 pounds, I been doing 2 days clear liquids and tomorrow I will start on fluids, I really need to keep in track

You are doing better than me. I ate a sandwich last night and coffee and a salad today. But the only other thing I have had the last 48 hours is Protein Shakes and Water. Great job!
