Single Status Update
When I spoke to the psychologist back in 2015, he asked what my goal weight was, I told him 140 lbs, he told me that was not realistic and that I should aim for 160 at most. Well, I hit 140 back in 2018 and have been hovering there for about a year. My weight did drop down to 134, but I of course gained back about 6 pounds. I decided that I would try to get down to 127 to be in a solid size 6.
