  1. I will be 5 years post op coming this November. Trying to get back on track can be tough. I limited my calorie intake to 1200 calories and I’ve found that walking, using myfitnesspal, and getting my Protein, Fiber and Water helps. Not to mention your daily Vitamin supplement (which I am currently finding to fit my needs. I’m only taking a One a day, but I know that is not enough.)
