  9. B side; No flannel sheets here. Live in AZ by way of Chicago so never gonna be cold enough no matter how long I've lived in AZ and how "thin my blood vessels get"[emoji6]
  10. Past week. Life has been extremely stressful! My nanny/housekeeper needs surgery so we've been back and forth at clinic appointments as she's in a lot of pain[emoji25][emoji25] This is most likely retirement for her! (@Greentealeal, I wish I had your kicking and screaming emoji posted in OOTD thread!!). Anyhow, I've kept up with my abs everywhere exercise (one of these days when I cough up the courage, I may post a pic of that said abs[emoji85][emoji85][emoji85][emoji85])......ok, may "abdominal area, calling it abs is a stretch [emoji2] Point being that I've noticed a difference especially as I drop inches. Even my hubs has commented[emoji123] I'm sorry I've not paid close attention to the self care exercises. I'll do better next month as the upheaval of my life stabilizes[emoji120] I'm down for next month's "back to the basics" as it's basically where I am [emoji38] Nice weekend everyone [emoji176][emoji176]
  11. I'm absolutely with you Mr. Sean!! EXACTLY 4lbs in 3 weeks!!![emoji21][emoji21] it's extremely frustrating BUT I'll trust the process [emoji57]Also eating less than 1000 calories with regular exercise! I hope it continues to move in the right direction [emoji120] I've lost a lot of inches though and my clothes are practically falling and I am becoming self conscious of the looks and comments but trying to take it in good stride! Let's keep plugging away and a year from now, we'll look at these moments with laughter![emoji176]?[emoji176]?
  12. Hello beachdaze, that's my schedule and I was able to have surgery on a Friday and return on a Monday after the week off to make a total of 9 days off to include day of surgery and it was very doable. Good luck [emoji176]
  13. Congratulations [emoji322][emoji322]

    Wow!!!![emoji108][emoji108][emoji108]
  15. Day 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 My family have been away for Fall break vacation. I continue to do my Abs everywhere exercise daily. My abs do look toned...somewhat. It's been hard doing all the self care exercises as I'm not at home and anyone knows vacation with kids is really about them! I've attended the yoga/meditation class offered in the resort though. Family has been bonding. Most difficult conversation? My aunt calling me to tell me my Dad had passed away! Very difficult conversation!! As well as my conversation with God afterwards. I was 19 and away from home for college. My aunt lived in the city I went to college so she called me over. Mid month update:::: I keep chugging along with plan and it's had it's ups and downs but I've tried my best to stick to plan and not get down or discouraged. Stalls are hard [emoji21][emoji57][emoji19] All in all, getting into the thick of this lifestyle![emoji123][emoji123][emoji123][emoji123]

  17. Congratulations!!!! Welcome to the bench. Safe and speedy recovery [emoji253][emoji253][emoji253]
  18. Please comment! I'm not a February sibling but I've found every group helpful and beneficial. I also find Sherbear68 and a host of others very empowering and we can say whatever we want on any forum! Please don't be dissuaded by anyone. Reading your journey and I know you will be queen yourself!! Go on with your foine self [emoji8][emoji8]???
  19. You didn't! Quite the opposite! I was also very taken aback by the comment! This is indeed a public forum and anyone can inspire and motivate us for whatever reason and does not diminish someone else's journey! November11 please comment on whatever you like!! Public forum and free speech as long as it's not obviously offensive or mean spirited!!?????
  20. Thanks MarvelGirl25[emoji8][emoji8], I needed to hear that!! Yes going 1000Cals seems like a lot but people say it truly makes a difference especially if you are working out! I alternate days of low (600) and high (> 800) to deceive my body so it doesn't get used to low cals and recalibrate....if that makes any sense...
  21. Hello Bianca and fellow August sibs[emoji112][emoji112] I'm doing okay for the most part! Went through a stall that got me seriously bummed! Still getting 600 to 800 cals per day with most days at 80 to 90grams of protein a day. I added consistent spin classes plus upped my steps to at least 20K per day and there's weight loss again. Resolved that this weight is not going to melt off like other lucky folks but I'm losing serious inches and my face is the leanest it's been in a LONG while. Wearing my smaller clothes and generally feel good. Sometimes the doubt and frustration rears ugly head but my husband reassures me how well this tool is working. So patience is DEFINITELY a virtue...... Hope all of you are doing well and please don't get discouraged if things aren't going as expected, everyone's journey is different yet beautiful!!!???
