I am on the same thing. My psychiatrist split the Wellbutrin into two doses. I take 200 - so 100 twice a day. Since the Cymbalta has to be opened up, studies show one may not be getting 100 percent of the dosage. I am now on 60 mg twice a day. I was having a terrible time because my psych meds were not right until this change was made. I’m not totally ok yet, but it’s only been a couple of weeks. I am feeling better every day though. The study I’m speaking of my psych doc found while I was in his office. If you remain on the same dosage, you’ll only get 60 percent of the prescribed Cymbalta dosage. Good luck!

It’s mainly fish, Protein Shakes, some veggies and Water for me. My family eats carbs, etc but I have no taste for it. I’m three months out. I make sure to take my Vitamins every day though. I worry about getting all necessary nutrients.
