  1. Hey man congrats on crack the 100 pound mark. I'm about 4 months post OP and it seems like I've been stuck here at a 40lbs weight loss. Let me know what you do in your routine, it might help me to lose more... Once again congrats!

  2. Happy New Years, May this year be filled with joy and everything your heart desire...

  5. How was your surgury in Mexico, was it anything different for men. How was the facilities? When can you start liftring weights. I have so many questions.

  6. Hello, I see we have the same dilema, where to get banded. I have narrowed my choice down to Mexico cause I have to self pay. I'm thinking of doing it around my B-day. Have you made a decision yet? by the way nice pictures.

  7. Hey Ms Trina congrats. Did you have your surgery here in the states or Mexico?

  8. Hey Ras, I'm a new member and I'm interested in getting the Lapband surgury. I'm trying to get feedback from a males perspective. If you don't mind I would llike to ask you some question casue it seem that we may have had some of the same characteristics. I'm a 36yr old male 6'0 ft 300lbs. I'm considering going to Tijuanna(Bajanor Hospital) for the surgury cause my insurence doesn't cover the surgury and they have a price I can afford. I have been checking their credentiuals and feedback from patients and everything seems up to par. Can you give me some of your experiences so I have a little more info to go off. There seems to be a shortage of men that have the surgury.
