That is so Awesome! Great job! I had my 6 month follow up last Friday and am down to 236 from 335 so I feel healthier and great as well. I feel like I have already slowed down. My nutrition is good, it is the exercise I need to work on for sure.

That's amazing!!! I hope I cross that 100lb mark some day. Yes, exercising got a lot easier the closer to 200 I was. Weights help so much! Keep it up!

You are doing great, Fizz! 🔥 I’ve slowed and stalled off and on but made it into onederland as well! I’m at 192currently, so 80 lbs down!! I’m leaving for a cruise on 9/7 and wanted to be 180, but like you, that seems like a steep goal this far along. Lol Definitely not losing at the pace I was. BUT I’m also not exercising, other than walking my dog. Maybe if we both kick it up a notch we will surprise ourselves? I’m game! I bet Spain was fantastic! It’s in my bucket list for sure. Where did you guys go?

We went to Madrid and Alicante- a little town called El Campello. I absolutely fell in love. Was doing some mission work there, am planning on going back next year!

Yes- definitely need to get back into my workout routine.

I have noticed that sometimes when I get I get really hot...anyone else experience that? Sometimes it's with that super full feeling and kinda tired...so I'm thinking dumping? I don't usually actually "dump" until later on... but I can't eat anymore once those symptoms start.

  3. Hoping to revive this thread!

I made it to the coveted "Onederland" !!

Weighed in at 198.2 this morning. Going on month 6...and I do feel things slowing down. Not a fan of that. I was told that if I kept my momentum I would lose another 30 before my next appointment... well that was in June and I was 215. That would mean I would need to be at 185 by Sept. 3rd...and I just don't see that happening right now. The past month didn't have much movement at all, it was stalled. I've started seeing slight movement...so maybe I'm heading for another slide down the scale? (I hope!) I definitely didn't work out like I had been, and ate a lot more- I was in Spain!! So I'm hoping now getting back into a routine and fixing my eating things will start moving.

But 13 lbs in a month seems ambitious at this stage in the game. :( We'll see... what do you guys think?

  4. Headed to Spain on July 1st. Really wanted to be under 200 by then.... weighed in at 211 this morning :(

I know a lot can happen in two weeks but that seems lofty. Just really didn't want to be the American beached whale in the Mediterranean. lol

Still struggle with food too...which is going to be interesting while there...since they eat constantly. It all feels so slow (especially the weight loss) I've been working out a lot- probably need to up my Water intake. Any tips on not hurting/wanting to puke when drinking more water?

Im new here and my Surgery was March 6th 2019, Sw was 261, Cw is 216 Gw is 150, I feel like im behind and im scared all the time, I go back to the doctor and dietician in June, and their scales always weigh more, Am I the only one that weighs more at the doctors office than at home? @ShayeFisher

Girl same. Mine was Mar 11 SW 261 CW 217 GW 150 ---- so super close to you. I feel like I'm doing a little worse actually. But yes... I feel like it's sooooo slowwwww and my next follow up is on Monday...and I always weigh more on their scales. It's so depressing. I've hit another stall just now...which sucks because I was stuck at 225 forever...then dropped to this about 2 weeks ago... and now...nothing.

  6. I am so frustrated. I've been stuck at the same weight (or like 3lbs) for over a month! I see people who were sleeved around the same time as me, who had starting weights around what mine was (or slightly higher like the lady directly above me) and now weigh less than I do (again the post directly above me). I don't know what to do! I can barely eat, I work out with a trainer twice a week and do some cardio on my off days. I'm feeling so down. I really wanted to lose more before summer. I can't believe I stalled for so long so early. This is really discouraging.

  7. Guys, I'm super discouraged right now. I was sleeved on 3/9 - So I'm right at 1 month out. I've been the same weight for 15 days. Flux back and forth between 231-233. THIS SUCKS. I've heard of the dreaded week 3 plateau...but now it's week 3....4.... and counting 😢 Doesn't help that work has been insanely stressful, and the guy I was seeing has gone MIA.... so I'm just like... a sad girl on her couch right now. I was like, at least I can lose weight and look sexy and feel confident, NOT... just stuck.

Any one else hit the plateau? How long did it take for you to get out? Did it start dropping again quickly after? I need some encouragement!
