mine was gas and constipation. When I had my follow up I told the doc. Gone since they gave me something for constipation.

so my company has catered break/lunch m-th. Tuesday and today are the only 2 days I am partaking. Today is taco day. I will have 1 oz black beans and 1 oz chicken. I have my little measuring cups too. I cannot wait to get in line with those lol. On Tuesday we had egg bar. So i had them make me a soft scrambled egg. Its about making healthy lifestyle choices. Pre-sugery, on egg day, I would have 4 pcs of bacon and and toast and NO EGG lol. Pre-surgery on taco day I went crazy. Now I cannot go crazy and I want to stay a LOSER!

Im at my 4 week stall. But I am losing inches. I expected it from the comments on this forum

Last week I developed a bad nausea episode. I went to doc, I was not dehydrated and they did a ct scan it was negative. The last resort (after 3 diff meds) adivan worked (sp?) That helped a lot and I haven't needed it since. What i think caused it was taking milk of magnesium for my constipation and I'm now lactose intolerant. I started pureed today. Its like heaven lol

I take 1-2 oz every 15 mins. I'm up to my 64. Tbh I haven't been able to sleep past 5am so I've been up sipping since then since post op. I use mi0 too and it's a life saver Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

any thoughts on what to do with the protein clear waters? I cannot stomach those. I have peach and I was considering adding to ice tea.

5 days post and feeling almost normal. I have been walking 2x a day 10 min each. Yesterday I got 60 grams of Protein in. Today I'm estimating 80. I realized this morning I still like the shakes over the protein Water. I will say I'm getting appetite back and it's all head hunger. I have ordered my pureed groceries for next week as I'm anticipating eating mushy food. As I'm looking forward to phasing out of liquids. My pain is also minimal. OMG! Its happening. For my 14 day pre-op I can have: 1. 4 optifast shakes 2. Herb Ox bouillon cubes 3. Clear broth soup/bone broth (once a day) 4. SF Popsicle 5 SF gelatin 6. Mi0 7, decaf tea, coffee 8. Propel 0 so far so good. I am ready for this challenge. I just have to remember my goal is my surgery day 11/18! anyone else going through their pre-op fast?
