  1. Well today’s the big day. Woke up my normal time 5:30 am, and have gone about my regular routine feeling extremely relaxed and blessed. Have my bag almost packed checklist almost completed. God bless all of that has come before and that will come after that are on this incredible journey. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND YOUR OWN REASON FOR DOING THIS! IF YOU BELIEVE IN GOD LET HIM BE YOUR GUIDE AND SOURVE OF STRENGTH WHEN IT HETS TOUGH! See you all on the other side!!

  2. Well, I’m 7 days away from one of the most important decisions I have made in my life and yes! I’m excited!! Today also marks my 8th day of liquid Pre Op Diet. I’ve been following so many incredible journeys, gathering insight, great information and such supportive people. July 12th is my day! Can’t wait to share my experience with all of you.

  3. Beginning day 6 of my pre op liquid meals, no longer suffering from hunger pains. Never really paid attention to how many food commercials there are! Have to keep switching channels to avoid them! Lol Surgery is July 12th for gastric bypass, so it’s getting close. Reading all the post and encouragement and information is really helpful. Thank you all! Any Delaware folks here? Well enjoy your 4th festivities!!

  4. Doing my two week pre op Liquid meals and I must admit that after two days, it’s still tuff! Lol You soon learn that not wanting to eat and being REQUIRED not to eat can play with your mind. You start noticing that every other commercial is showing food!! Lmao! You really have to have a strong constitution and be committed to becoming a healthier you. All I know is that on July 12th 2019, I’m having my Surgery! (Gastric Bypass). For those struggling like me on the pre op liquids, take it one day at a time and believe you can get through it!

  5. I too went through this with the no response. I kept calling, went to practice on three different occasions. Finally sat in practice until I was able to meet my Coordinator, two months AFTER I completed required classes, doctor visits. Sometimes you have to step outside your comfort zone, especially if it’s something you really want. Good Luck!
