The hospital/program that I am going through does not let you do any sort of Protein Shake 😕 definitely limits my options!

My surgery was a week ago today. I also found out that it made me lactose intolerant. I am struggling with not having anything but Fairlife Milk and Water all day every day. I know I can have broth and SF popcycles but I have a hard enough time getting in enough milk for my Protein. How have other people combatted this? All I can think about is how good something with flavor would taste!
