5 months post-op

Thanks for the input. Today has been a bit better at home only drinking tea. I plan to go to the doctor tomorrow!

@greentealael I didn’t eat any from the grocery stores that are pre-made on the shelves. I did eat some in a restaurant.

While traveling in Europe for a month, I ate foods very different from my norm. Only 5 months post-op, my diet has been pretty simple and bland. For the last week of my trip I had daily diarrhea.
I’ve been home 24 hours - have been drinking only warm chamomile tea. Still have diarrhea.
Any suggestions to get back on track?GreenTealael reacted to this -

I use Rodan + Fields. Love the results.

I think people are uncomfortable with change and the success of others.

I had daily vomiting for about 10 years with a vertical silastic ring gastroplasty. I had a revision to bypass 5 weeks ago and I can already tell a significant difference. I wish I had not waited so long.

I had a revision from vertical silastic ring gastroplasty to RNY in February. I’m 5 weeks post op. So far so good. Knowing what to eat and what to avoid is a learning process. I have been sticking to more liquid than solids most days.

How long ago did you have surgery? Have you had your Iron checked? On 03/28/2019 at 13:21, ms.sss said:
It's normal to feel c-c-c-c-old after surgery and have the need to wear sweaters/socks/blankets All. The. Time.
Side note: I am the only one in my hot yoga class who wears socks and long sleeves to class. Sometimes I even keep my yoga jacket on for the first half of it.

I know we are all different, but I’m curious how much weight you’ve lost.
I’m 5-weeks post op revision from vertical silastic ring to bypass.
