    Congrats on surgery.

My highest all time was 325lbs.

My most recent high when I started this journey in May of 2017 I weighed 287lbs and was 256lbs the first visit and weigh in with the surgeon.

I weighed 222lbs on surgery day at 6 months into the program.

    I reached 1st goal at 7 months I think? That was 150lbs.

This morning post poopy I weighed 131.4lbs.

It will happen quicker than you think.

In general expect 2-4lbs of loss per week as average. The first two months people usually lose their most weight cuz that's when they are eating the least.

Congratulations. I haven't weighed 131 since 7th grade. I can't even fathom losing so much. I've totally slowed down :( I bet you look great. Take care :)

  2. I was 330lbs. I lost about 70lbs the first 6 months., I had my surgery 1/29/2019. Today 11/30/19, I was at ths doctor and I weighed in at 217.2lbs. The past month its really slowed down. If you can get in 80-100g of Protein and lots of Fluid you can lose more weight and not be so hungry. I wish you the best of luck. You got this! I shouldve taken more before pics so I could compare. Don't have very many. But this is 1p3lbs gone I think...inCollage_20191023_020705475.thumb.jpg.9356a3ae88f74d61ca0d5a02ba0cd227.jpg

Thank you but I don't have discharge. "Female ejaculation refers to about a teaspoon (3–5 cc) of Fluid expelled through the urethra that looks like watered‐down fat‐free milk, tastes sweet, and does not smell like urine. ... Female ejaculation refers to the expulsion of fluid from the urethra that is different from urine." (Came up on Google when I typed in a search for female ejaculation fluid.)

I agree (way too much information, please feel free not to describe every little thing).

I'm a very detailed person. Maybe you should block my posts. I tend to just write the first thing that pops in my head. Maybe I'm the kind of person you should block. I tend to overshare and am a very detail oriented. Apologies in advance. God bless

I find that if I don’t get all my Water in, my pee gets darker and more unpleasantly odiferous! It can happen overnight if I haven’t invested enough Water before bedtime, and I’m asleep, not hydrating for 7-8 hrs. That first morning pee can be strong and darker yellow than I used to pee pre-GBS. I’ve added one small bottle of blue G-2, Gatorade, to my water routine and that has helped loads. Also 2 Probiotics.

Thanks a million. I'll add a G2 and I just ordered Probiotics. God bless

  6. Yes! I did a separate post on this. My voice has been generally weaker since surgery (almost 7 months ago), and it gets very raspy by the end of the day. In addition, I was a pretty serious amateur singer, and I can no longer sing anywhere near the way I used to. I'm afraid I don't have any answers for you, but I can definitely relate to you concerns!

I'm so sorry that you can't sing like you used too. Everyone thinks I have a sore throat now. I hope that it eventually comes back. I'll ask the doc at my appt tomorrow. Thank you for sharing.

  8. My mind is boggling at this one. I can’t honestly say that I spend much time sniffing my bodily secretions.
If it happened to you you wouldnt need to take time because it's very noticeable. If you dont have anything helpful to say. Why do people like you even answer. I can see why maybe a girl like you wouldn't know how it smelled. Because believe me it hits you and you and your partner would know

Wow. If you didn't have a response to the question there's really no reason for you to respond. Or was your point to embarrass me. I have a very active sex life and if someone has the same issue, it's kind of nice to know that you're not alone and that people on thnks board would be kind. Shame on you

  10. Oh dear god. This should come with a warning. Do I really have to read "Female Ejaculate" in the Frequent Posts Column until this post gets buried into submission?
Sorry it makes you uncomfortable to read about an issue I was concerned about. I figured it sounded better and than using the words squirt or gush odor. I wanted to see if anyone else probably had this issue that embarrassed me when it happened. There was jo warning in the reading materials we were given before surgery.
