Insurance Inquiries in Insurance & Financing Posted January 14, 2019 hello all i have a question i have cigna and i called them personally to ask if they cover the weightloss surgery and they told me no off the bat, my question is... has this happened to anyone? should i have my doctor submit paper any paper work?
