    First comment ever!! I met my surgeon on Jan 18th and did my Dietician appt and Psych Evaluation this week. They will submit for insurance approval either tomorrow or Monday. I was told surgery would happen no later than the end of March. I already have my endoscopy and stress test scheduled. I have BCBSTX and my insurance only requires one appt with the Dietician and a Psych Evaluation.
