Really sucks. I'm sorry.

That's what I pay... Well, My insurance picks up about $20 bucks, but the rest is on me. That is just for the doctor. The medical Center has it's own bill to the tune of $150! Let's just say, i'm in a little bit of debt right now! ha! Well, don't despair.... some insurances cover it. Mine wont. I'd rather be in debt and feeling so good than not so, it's all worth it to me!

That's how much my doc charges! Outrageous, huh? My insurance doesn't cover fills, so.....

Lucky you! I've lost 118 lbs and went from a 44DD to a 40B! OMG I have soooooooo much loose skin and my boobs are a saggy floppy embarrassment! Sigh.... maybe implants are in my future....

Sounds like your band isnt tight enough.

Do you have decent restriction? Do you need a fill? Since my last fill I can barely eat and am losing weight like gangbusters. Before that, it was mostly on my will power and excercise alone. I was also banded in 2008. Have you discussed your loss with your surgeon?

Dont get discouraged. I have a 10cc band and until I reached 8.5 cc, i didnt feel total restriction. Now I get full after about a half cup of food, if even that, and am losing weight like gangbusters. I have been banded nearly 3 years and it has taken me this long to lose 103 lbs. Dont give up, restriction will come!

Being tight in the morning is pretty standard as you near your sweet spot. I cant eat or drink anything till about eleven am. Even lunch is hard sometimes, but i'm good for dinner.

I agree!! Isnt that weird???? ..not that I agree, but that they hurt more than a fill! Ha!

That is very typical when getting to the sweet spot! Try sipping on something in the morning and save your calories for later!

I find that eating solid Protein (meats, fish, beans) instead of carbs (cereal, breads, pastas) last longer and I dont get hungry as quickly. When I fill up on protein, the urge for carbs is greatly reduced. Give it a try!

I'm impressed you can still drink soda! I take one sip and I burp instantly. More than a sip and it comes back up with the burp. I sure do miss soda......

I ended up having .25 taken out of my band and it made all the difference in the world. I dont have the night time heartburn or pooling/coughing anymore! YAY!!!
