  3. Fluids, more rest, stretching before bed, and Triple Calm Magnesium - 2 capsules, maybe a potassium too. And magnesium is okay before surgery.
I cannot survive w/o my magnesium, I get cramps that make you want to saw your leg off, I get foot cramps, calf cramps, thigh cramps - sometimes in both legs at the same time.
If you don't mind me asking where can get triple calm magnesium at

  4. How is your Magnesium levels? Almost every time I have had bad ones, and I have skinned my toes , dragging myself across the floor, to try to pull myself up on a strong chair with my arm muscles. Bad scene, of course nobody else woke up or offered to drive me to the ER. Is this the type of thing you bother the Rescue Sqaud with? You do hate to be labled as " little old lady, fallen and can't get up". Most of mine were pre-surgery , at that time 500 mg Magnesium Oxide, painkiller- usually 4 aspirin unless I could locate my tramadol, wrap up in a blanket, once my legs got warmer, and the meds kicked in, I cried like an inconsolable infant. Don't know what I am doing right, but surgery 4 months ago today and it hasn't flared up again. Could also be potassium levels off, if so, eat a [emoji529] as a quick fix. Sometimes Flexaril helped, but not always. Bottom line, your electrolytes may be slightly wacky with the pre- diet, try propel or gatorade, probably the zero form. I know I am throwing a lot of things out, but maybe something will work for you.
Can I take magnesium with my surgery being on the 15. I know I can't take aspirin. May I can talk to urgent care....lol I know what you mean about be that lady I falling and can't get up... Lol
