  1. Same with mine. I had a packet with a timeline of when and what foods/stages I could eat. Each surgeon has his/her own recommendations/rules. I’d check with your surgeon though on what is ok…ultimately it’s what your surgeons rules are for you.
  2. Yes I eat the same thing every day for lunch and sometimes for dinner if what the fam is eating is like pasta or something I don’t eat. And I eat it on the weekends. Love love love my salads!! Def no judgements here!! Lol
  3. In my opinion this is why if I remember correctly….I believe It’s bc drinking through a straw puts air in your stomach and also you prob can drink ALOT faster. Suppose to be slow small sips.
  4. I’d have your orthopedics surgeon and your bariatric surgeon maybe talk? Or let your Bariatric surgeon know about your foot repair. He may recommend you wait. What kind of surgery are you having? What did you break?
  5. I gave up diet cokes four years prior to my sleeve but my surgeon is no on carbonation too. I’m almost four years out so I’m like almost 8 years out from cokes! But no Coors Light or Sparking water for me. I also don’t do straws. That is of debate among some based on surgeons recommendation. My surgeon is no straws too so I stick with that. I don’t miss carbonation or straws. Like everyone here has said each surgeon has their set of rules of dos and donts. I was of the mind set of what ever his plan is for me I’m doing it. So this is his and I’m doing it. Works for me.

  19. @sheribear68 So exciting! Congrats!! I also had a tummy tuck. I had muscle tightening as well. I had good abs as well but having kids and that extra weight that we all carried for so many years makes the center part of the abdominal muscles separate. I def wanted my PS to pull the ab muscles all in like a corset. I love love my TT. I also did a breast lift and Aug I have thought about a thigh lift and have gone back and forth on it. Glad you have worked so hard and kept it off!! This is a big treat to yourself for all the hard work!! Congrats and def show us some pics!!
